  • I highly recommend reading the books The Anxiety Cure if you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and Depression und Burnout loswerden (so far only available in German according to my research) if you are dealing with depression and/or burnout. I read both books and they helped me tremendously. The author offers a holistic view on curing these struggles and lots of helpful actions we can take ourselves to feel better. Further, The Child in You is an incredible book to work through your past without going to therapy and understanding why you have certain behavioral patterns. I highly recommend it. By the way, reading books instead of scrolling social media is also great for our mental health!

Research shows that doing something nice for others makes us feel happier! Feel free to show me your appreciation by buying me a chai latte (my personal go-to coffee replacement) and try it out.
