I am trained and happy to support you with any type of challenge, be it of personal or professional nature.


There are a couple of different scenarios that you might find yourself in:

  • You might feel like you don’t need therapy, but you do want support
  • You are on the waiting list for therapy but need support now
  • You are not sure what type of support you need or don’t know where to start getting it
  • You want to work on your self-confidence
  • You are anxious about the future and don’t know what direction to take

  • You don’t know what to do with your life

My approach

In my belief, we struggle when we don’t fully live the life that we want to live. Often, we don’t suddenly start struggling with our mental health, but it declines as we walk on a path that’s not meant for us or if we neglect our self-care. 

Working on our internal beliefs, self-care habits and often our self-confidence can tremendously help to become the person that we want to be. To dare to be the person that we want to be.

During times of hardship, we need an accountability partner that can look at our situation with a fresh set of eyes. Even if we have a good social support system around us, our mental health can take a toll on our relationships. Family and friends are often biased in their opinions or they don’t quite know how to help us.  

I’m experienced in solution-focused coaching and studies have shown that you’ll usually start feeling better after just three sessions.

In my approach, we will be looking at you and your life in a holistic manner, working on all the twists and tweaks in different areas of life. All of these seemingly small adjustments can lead to big changes. We will set clear goals and concrete action. I will support and guide you into (re)discovering what you really want and what actions to take to get there.

My method consists of using both coaching and psychological counselling elements, tailored to your needs.

How does a first call look like?

Feel the Click

We will get to know each other and most importantly both feel if we want to work together. I believe that having a personal click is an important foundation for a successful collaboration.

Evaluate

Next, we will evaluate you and your current situation – what is going on? What is bothering you?

Create Concrete Action

Finally, we will figure out where you want to go and create a concrete plan of action around that. Don’t worry if you are not sure about this yet, we will figure it out together in the session.


What not to expect

As a coach, I will not be giving you advice but instead I will support you to find the right answers for your life. That is because you are the expert of your life and you know best where your heart is leading you to. Sometimes we just need someone to take us by the hand to open our eyes to what’s possible.
